Jim Crivelli Rewards – Program Rules & Conditions

1. All members must be 18 years of age to participate.  Upon receipt of membership keytags, member agrees to be bound by the program rules and conditions.
2. Jim Crivelli Chevrolet Rewards points are earned by making qualified purchases of products/services at Jim Crivelli Chevrolet.
3. 15% of the total dollars you spend on qualified (see #5) purchases will be awarded to discount the purchase of your next new or pre-owned vehicle from Jim Crivelli Chevrolet
4. Each Rewards Dollar earned is equal to one dollar in Rewards discounts.
5. Qualified purchases include service repairs and maintenance, and retail parts/accessories purchased through the service department.  Insurance Body Shop repairs, vehicle purchases, and wholesale parts are excluded.  Points are earned on customer pay transactions only and Warranty repairs do not apply.
6. Members must present a valid keytag or membership card at time of purchase in order to accumulate rewards.  Your total rewards standings may be accessed at www.Jim Crivelli.com or a Jim Crivelli Chevrolet employee may look up your recent balance for you.
7. When redeeming rewards towards a new or pre-owned vehicle from Jim Crivelli Chevrolet, members may have to provide their barcode number to verify and confirm actual rewards balance.
8. Jim Crivelli Chevrolet Rewards points have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash.
9. Jim Crivelli Chevrolet Rewards points are transferable to immediate family members and individuals residing at the same address.
10. Program points may not be transferred from account to account. 
11. Membership cards/keytags remain the property of Jim Crivelli Chevrolet and must be surrendered upon request.
12. Jim Crivelli Chevrolet reserves the right to disqualify any person(s) from participation, if in their judgement any member violates the rules and regulations governing the program.  Disqualification may result in termination of an individual’s accumulated points
13. Jim Crivelli Chevrolet Rewards continue to accrue only if the member makes at least one qualified transaction within any 18-month period.  Failure to make a qualified transaction within any 18-month period may cause membership to expire.  In the event of membership expiration, earned rewards may be forfeited.
14. Jim Crivelli Chevrolet Rewards may not be redeemed if you are in default under the terms and conditions of these rules or with regard to any obligation, which may be due to Jim Crivelli Chevrolet .
15. Jim Crivelli Chevrolet Rewards may not be bartered, brokered, or sold and may not be transferred upon death or domestic relations matter.
16. Determination of income or tax liability related to the participation in the program is the sole responsibility of the participating member.  Neither the program nor Jim Crivelli Chevrolet  make any representation as to the current or future tax consequences to the participating members as to the crediting, transfer, use, redemption or disposition of program earnings
17. The Jim Crivelli Chevrolet Rewards program may be terminated at any time without prior notice at the wishes of Jim Crivelli Chevrolet and/or Dealer Rewards, Inc.  In the event of program termination, all members will have two years from date of termination to redeem all accrued rewards.  Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash.
18. Jim Crivelli Chevrolet and Dealer Rewards, Inc. reserve the right to audit all accounts for compliance with these rules.  In the event that an audit reveals discrepancies, the processing of program earnings may be delayed until such discrepancies are resolved.  Jim Crivelli Chevrolet reserves the right to make any and all decisions as to the validity of accrued points.  All decisions are final.
19. Nothing in these rules or in the program shall be construed to establish an agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship between Jim Crivelli Chevrolet, Dealer Rewards, Inc. or any other party.  Dealer Rewards, Inc. is not responsible and assumes no liability for changes in or discontinuance of a dealer service, which may affect the program benefits.
20. Jim Crivelli Chevrolet and Dealer Rewards, Inc. reserve the right to change the program rules at any time without prior notice.
21. Benefits with participating merchants are for immediate discount off of merchandise or service, and DO NOT accrue in customer earnings account.  Please review printed materials or dealer website for specific offers, locations and limitations.
22. Merchant discounts cannot be combined with other specials.  Jim Crivelli Chevrolet nor Dealer Rewards is responsible if a merchant does not comply.  If you experience any difficulty with a merchant, contact Jim Crivelli Chevrolet.
23. Limit one Jim Crivelli Chevrolet Rewards redemption per vehicle purchased.

How do I earn Rewards dollars?

As a member of the Jim Crivelli Rewards program, you earn points for very qualified visit to our service department - whether it's an oil change or a new transmission. Qualified purchases include retail parts/accessories, service repairs and maintenance. Insurance Body Shop repairs, vehicle purchases and wholesale parts are not included unless specified as a bonus earning opportunity.

Plus, you’ll have bonus earnings opportunities throughout the ownership of your vehicle, including referrals, extended warranty purchases, and work completed in our body shop.

How do I redeem my Rewards dollars?

Just present your key tag or card to your sales consultant, and we’ll deduct your rewards balance off your best price for your new or used vehicle.

You can redeem up to $650 per vehicle purchase. Plus, your Rewards can be passed to any immediate family member or individual residing at the same address.

Do my Rewards dollars expire?

Your rewards dollars are available to be redeemed up to 5 years from the date of accumulation. Rewards continue to accrue as long as you make at least one qualified transaction within any 18-month period.

Is there a cost to join the Jim Crivelli Chevrolet Rewards Program?

There is no membership fee associated with the Jim Crivelli Rewards program. Simply enroll in the program any time you visit Jim Crivelli Chevrolet, and you’ll start earning rewards your very first visit!

I have a non-GM vehicle, can I still become a member and earn rewards dollars?

Absolutely!  Jim Crivelli Chevrolet technicians are ASE Master Technicians as well as GM certified technicians and have been servicing both GM and non-GM vehicles for decades.
