"I was in an accident on Wednesday, January 11th. I wanted a Chevy dealership rather than a Body Shop and Jim Crivelli was the dealership that worked in conjunction with my insurance company. I called and set up an appointment to stop by that Thursday at lunchtime. Tom Coffy advised me that he would call Enterprise and have them get a car ready for me while my car was being repaired. When I arrived, Tom and Oz treated me like I was the only customer on the planet. I just got a call today that my car was finished and washed and I could come pick it up when it was convenient for me. They are absolutely what customer service is all about."

"I purchased a 2009 Silverado yesterday from your dealership. I wanted to let you know that this was the easiest vehicle purchase I have ever had. Barbara Katz made the whole experience painless. Crivelli was not the first dealership we contacted but Barbara went above and beyond what any other salesperson did for us. We told her what we needed, she found the available trucks and called us when the one we wanted came in. In the past, we have waited hours to finalize a sale. We were shuffled from one area to another while they cleaned the car and did the paperwork. There was none of that yesterday. It took less than an hour to drive the truck off the showroom floor. Barbara had the OnStar set up ahead of time, Colleen had the papers in order for me to sign and we were in the truck with Barbara explaining the features in no time at all. "While on a trip through Pittsburgh, we ran over a piece of metal that stuck in the driver's side rear tire and caused a very rapid flat. We spotted your dealership and limped the car to your lot. Unfortunately, it was after hours on a Friday and your business was closed up tight so my husband went to another nearby business to look for assistance. When he walked into the establishment, he spotted a man wearing a "Mr. Goodwrench" shirt. Instead of sending us to another garage, your employee Edward Wurms led us to the back of your dealership where he promptly and professionally removed our punctured tire, plugged the hole and replaced it on the car. He and Thomas Coffy were polite and very helpful, even giving us directions to a hotel for the evening. You are lucky to have them both on your team."

"I cannot say enough about Crivelli Chevrolet. There was no pressure from a sales manager, the salesmen were very accommodating and I felt very comfortable there. Jeff Morris went out of his way to accommodate me in every way possible. He had the vehicle I was interested in inside the garage and cleaned up. I very much appreciated this because the temperature outside was in the teens! When I came in to take delivery, it was Jeff's day off and Brock took care of me. He went over every single button to make sure I knew how to work everything. There are several other Chevrolet dealerships a lot closer to me, but the next time I'm in the market for a new car, or know someone who is, I will recommend that they check with Crivelli Chevrolet first and save themselves a lot of trouble and aggravation.
